All surface-mount components have been pre-soldered for you so it's up to you to source through-hole components to complete the build. A build document can be found here ...
You will need the following items:
2 PJ301M-12 (aka THONKICONN) jacks for the input and output
1x 100k audio potentiometer for the gain
4x 10k linear potentiometers for the attenuation pots (ATTx)
4x 1M linear potentiometers for the cutoff pots (CUTx)
4x 1k linear potentiometers for the resonance pots (RESx)
4x 100k potentiometers for the level pots (LVLx) - you can use audio or linear taper depending on your prefrences.
Various film capacitors for the filters - the build doc goes into more detail over these.
2x5 Eurorack power header
Knobs for the pot - exact type is up to you, but anything wider than around 14mm diameter might make operation a bit tricky.
