Since I sell through Etsy, returns are governed by their returns policy - in a nutshell, this is:
If your module arrives with a broken or damaged panel, let me know ASAP and I'll sort you out with a replacement.
Repairs work a bit differently - sometimes things don't work and I get that it's annoying, and it's always a risk with handbuilt electronics. Although I test every module before shipping, sometimes things just fail to work.
If something is faulty, then in the first instance let me know about it - sometimes it can be 'operator error' and I can put you right. In the event of a genuine electronic SNAFU then chances are that I'll be able to repair your module if you ship it back to me. If I have a replacement in stock then I will ship that to you on receipt of tracking number for the returned modules. I will usually carry out repairs free of charge.
In the event that your module is irrevocably broken or unrepairable or I have no suitable replacement in stock then I'll issue you a refund.
As with returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
I am willing to take on custom work, within reasons - if you want a module which nobody else can provide or is just plain weird, then I may be able to help you.
Please contact me via Etsy (use the 'Request custom order' button on the shop homepage) in the first instance, but please bear the following in mind:
