This is a PCB/panel set for the FRiSK fixed filter bank module.
All surface-mount components have been pre-soldered - it is up to you to provide the necessary through-hole componentry to complete the build. These are updated boards which have been fabricated by a PCB assembly service.
A 2x5 IDC box header for the power connector - you can also use 2.54mm inline header strips if you have them. The white line on the silkscreen denotes the -12V rail.
Power cable and mounting hardware (M3x6 machine screws will suffice).
A pair of electrolytic capacitors for C8 and C9 - If you're confident that you have a clean power supply then you could probably omit these, otherwise a pair of 10uF/25V caps will suffice. They act as filters for the power rails.
