DV3 (PCB/panel - partial build)
Same old DV3, but in a cheaper (and cheaper to ship!) form - all SMD components presoldered by the fabricator, just add through-hole components to finish the build.

SEQ8.2 (PCB/panel - partial build)
Grab yourself a sequencer in a cheap, easy to ship format - all SMD parts have been pre-soldered by the fabricators, leaving you to supply through-hole components (pots etc.) to finish the build.

SEQ4.2 (PCB/panel - partial build)
The smaller sibling of the 8-step sequencer in partial build form. All SMD components pre-soldered by the fabricator, just supply the appropriate through-hole parts to complete the job.

SINdrone
4 sine oscillators in a single unit - individual and mixed outputs available, complete with individual gain and pitch controls. There are jumpers on the rear of the board if you want to hack voltage control onto it.

XO106r5
4 AVR-based square/pulse oscillators with voltage-controlled pitch and pulsewidth, a patchable logic matrix and a Sallen-Key filter if you want to use it.

It's hackable too - the firmware is available under a permissive license. Also available as a PCB/panel set.

Quite Small LFO
An analogue LFO in 2HP - capable of generating both square/pulse and saw/triangle waveforms in various speeds from 'slow' to 'maybe not as slow as all that'. Also works well as a system clock generator.

A VCO, albeit a microcontroller-based one, in 2HP? Yes indeed - does pretty well in the 'amount of noise generated per HP' stakes ... the firmware is hackable, too.
