1U tiles - update

Fabrication times etc. permitting, I will soon be shipping 1U tiles with faceplates conforming to both the Intellijel format (~39.5mm tall) and the Pulp Logic format (~43.5mm tall). Currently, the supplied faceplates will only fit in racks which conform to the Intellijel standard - these are generally 1U tall with an upper and lower 'lip' on the rack.
