AR2v2: Attack/release envelope generator/slew limiter with range switch (2HP)

The DV3's little brother - now with a range switch.

If you want a nice, simple envelope generator aimed at use in percussion patches then this is it. Better still, you can also use it as a slew limiter if you're so inclined - bear in mind, however, that the response is exponential, rather than linear. Unlike the DV3, however, this is a single-channel module.

Attack and release values are independently controllable, and if you're unhappy with the default settings then you can easily alter them if you're handy with a soldering iron and are confident with surface mount components (change one capacitor and you're done)

There's now a range switch broken out to the front panel so you can select between 'short' and 'long' ranges. By default, I use 100nF and 1uF capacitors for the short and long ranges (respectively) - these can be altered, subject to a customisation fee and availability of components.
