You can think of it as being an ON-ON version of the 2WAY manual switch, except that it's controlled via a logic input.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can use it to switch one source between two destinations, or switch between two sources routing to a single destination - it does, to coin a phrase, swing both ways. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSwitching is handled via logic-level signal on the SWITCH jack, and there are a couple of LED indicators on the 'outputs' so you can see what's going where.
