MISC: Squascillator VCO - assembled board only.

This is the prototype of a module which will hopefully see the light of day some time in early 2021 - it's a square-wave oscillator which uses a variant of the Bad Trip firmware to generate a V/oct square wave (good over around 5 octaves) which is fed through a Schmitt trigger and then split into sub-octaves by a CD4040. These suboctaves can be mixed to varying degrees to generate warbly, chiptune-type sounds.

The board measures 44mm wide by 99mm tall, meaning that it'll fit behind a 10HP panel with ease
