Eurorack Prototyping PCBs
10 in stock.
Inspired by the 'perma-protoboards' sold by Adafruit and the like, these are more suited to Eurorack projects and ideal if you have a breadboarded project that you want to make more permanent without having to faff around getting PCBs fabbed.
There are power rails for +/-12V and ground, supplied via a standard Eurorack power connector (supplied) with a row of ground connectors along one edge. There's also a duplicate set of power rails but these are not connected to the main power rails.
Electrically, the rows of pads (A-E and F-J) are the same as a standard breadboard - if you wish to break the connections between pads you'll need to use a spot-face cutter, as you would with veroboard, or cut the traces with a sharp knife. If there is demand, I will make a pad-per-hole variant available.
Two sizes are currently available:
- SMALL - 17 rows, equivalent to a 170 point breadboard (57x64mm)
- MEDIUM - 30 rows, equivalent to a 400 point breadboard (94x61mm)
(a large size board is available but these are available by request only as they're expensive to fabricate)
Each board has an M3 mounting hole at each corner, meaning you can either stack boards using standard PCB standoffs or use right-angle brackets to mount them perpendicular to a front panel.
